• Kate McCallum – Executive Director c3 and The Millennium Project Global Arts and Media Chair, Event Executive Producer

Producer, Writer and entertainment and arts professional, Kate McCallum founded and serves as Executive Director of the c3: Center for Conscious Creativity, a 501(c)(3) non-profit arts and research organization, creative collective and think-tank of artists, media-makers, futurists and conscious­ness experts who examine and explore the impact of art, story and media on culture and society.  c3 also produces and presents artists, concerts, screenings and educational forums relevant to the mission of transformation and the evolution of human potential.  In 2009, Kate was invited to Chair and help create a Global Arts and Media Node for The Millennium Project.  Kate serves as a Board Delegate of the Producers Guild of America New Media Council and is a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, the World Future Studies Foundation and is a Senior Fellow with the Society of New Communications Research from whom she received a Commendation of Merit for her work with The Millennium Project.  Kate also founded Bridge Arts Media, LLC, a development and production company based in Los Angeles which specializes in transmedia design.  She also writes and blogs about media and arts trends and is a frequent speaker on future trends in arts and media and the power of the arts and media to transform.

Kate’s 30 year professional background ranges from positions in arts administration, television and feature film production and writing, to development, consulting and programming.  She holds a BA in Communica­tions and Music from Western Michigan University, and an MA in Consciousness Studies from the Uni­versity of Philosophical Research. Los Angeles. Kate spent 20 years at Universal Studios and Paramount Studios on prime time commercial series such as; THE EQUALIZER, CRIME STORY, MIAMI VICE, THE HUMAN FACTOR, and LAW AND ORDER. She produced and sold long form content to Showtime, UPN, and NBC (Producer on NBC MOW, “What Kind of Mother Are You”) and served as VP of Creative with Western Sand­blast at Paramount TV.  Kate joined the Harmony Channel executive team to launch an innovative visual music VoD cable channel on COMCAST to over 11 million homes, then from 2006-2009 she was employed by the Los Angeles Opera in the position of Board Liaison and Executive Administrator to General Man­ager, Plácido Domingo.  She is currently consulting with Vortex Immersion Media in creative development and as a producer of 360 fulldome content, and was recently contracted by Createasphere to create, enlist speakers, produce and Chair the TransVergence Summit, a conference addressing transmedia and cross content storytelling.  She also programmed and produced for Createasphere a DAM: Digital Asset Management Conference and DAM 101 Workshop in New York, and a Post Production Master Class in New York and Los Angeles and most recently the StoryWorld Quest Conference in Alberta, Canada.  While at Createasphere she also launched, curated and served as Managing Editor of an editorial platform called The Transmedia Coalition www.transmediacoalition.com.

•  Ed Lantz – Event Co-Executive Producer, Board Chair c3

Ed Lantz is an entertainment technology engineer and entrepreneur pioneering immersive cinema, augmented/virtual reality, gesture interactivity and other emerging technologies for next-generation entertainment venues. He is President and CTO of Vortex Immersion Media, Inc., an entertainment company focused on immersive and interactive experiences, and is Co-Founder of IMERSA, a trade association focused on digital domes and immersive cinema.  Ed also serves as Chair of the Board for c3: Center for Conscious Creativity.    

•   Jahna Perricone – Event Co-Producer, Speaker Liaison, and c3 Board Member

As a Board Member of c3, Jahna has contributed her time and talents in numerous ways.  As a talented singer, songwriter and vocal meditation teacher, Jahna Perricone’s voice has been featured in films, television and live concerts, including performances at Walt Disney Concert Hall, Fashion Designer Sue Wong’s extravagant Los Angeles Fashion Show for L.A. Fashion Week and featured live sets on The Global Village radio show at  KPFK 89.3fm. Her singing is featured in the opening title for ‘Mythic Journeys’ with Tim Curry and the ‘Y Yoga Movie’;  and Jahna’s single, ‘Flower Duet’from her solo album ‘In The Balance’,  was featured on Showtime’s drama series, ‘The L Word’ and charted No. 1 on iTunes as the top download from ‘The L Word: The Third Season Soundtrack’. In addition, her singing is featured in the ‘Journey of Seven Bowls’ album series; ‘FRESH’ CD with DivAria, and the  ‘Vital Voices Kennedy Center Awards Ceremony’ soundtrack.  She also co-wrote ‘Enlighten-Up’, featured song in the film ‘Enlighten-Up’ and winner of Best Narrative from Elevate Music and Film Festival. She is the singer in the internationally acclaimed video, ‘Legend of Zelda Movie Trailer’, which was viewed by over 2.5 million viewers in its first 24 hours,  and was ranked as the #3 Digg story in the world! Recently she’s teamed up with her husband and fellow artist, Michael Perricone, presenting concerts and sound meditation workshops at ‘Bhaktifest’, ‘Shaktifest’, ‘Tadasana’, ‘Conscious Life Expo’ Festivals and with the MARC institute/UCLA and Director Diana Winston.  She is currently working on her next solo album.
