m2: an Immersion into Music and Mindfulness is an experiential journey using guided mindful meditation, Tibetan Singing Bowls, musical accompaniment and original song, woven into a seamless fabric that carries the participant from a calm seated meditation through music and movement returning to the centering sound of the Tibetan Singing Bowls. We are very excited to present m2 as a full-dome experience featuring Tim Hick’s amazing visuals. m2 features Jahna Perricone on vocals, Michael Perricone on Tibetan Singing Bowls and Guitar, and special guest violinist and vocalist, Alicia Spillias.
“This musical journey of Tibetan bells, violin, and voice transports the listener into a zone of contemplation. With guided attention, this meditative music holds the power to transform the listener and to create a state of peace. A revelatory experience!”
